Labour & Birth Support
$1200*
As your birth doula I will support both you and your partner, so that you never feel alone.
Includes:
2 prenatal visits in your home. (60-90 minutes each)
Continuous support during labour and birth, whether at home, hospital, or the Arbour Birth Centre.
Up to 2 postpartum home visits.
Access to my personal lending library.
Phone, email, or text support whenever you need it.
Fees stated include travel within Calgary and to surrounding areas, including Airdrie, Cochrane, and Chestermere.

* A surcharge of $100 is applied to all birth clients outside of this area.
** A surcharge of $20 per visit is applied to all postpartum clients outside this area.

Birth + Postpartum Support
$1500*
After the birth of your baby, you might like a little extra support to help you adjust and get you off to a good start. This package is intended to give you the support you need in the first few weeks. (Savings of $120)
Includes:
All labour and birth support, as well as 12 hours of postpartum support to be used in the first three weeks after baby arrives.
Postpartum support could include:
Feeding support
General newborn care and guidance
Sibling support
Emotional support
Light housekeeping
Light meal prep
Grocery shopping or errand running
Additional postpartum hours available at a rate of $35 per hour.**
I do not offer overnight support.
